IVN is powered by P E Rodriguez Consulting, LLC, a Virginia Limited Liability Company taxed as an S Corporation. The firm was founded in 2010 and is based in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

P E Rodriguez Consulting, LLC holds a Virginia Real Estate Broker License and a Virginia Residential Building Contractor License. Its international work focuses on consulting, investor education, and project promotion, not foreign brokerage.

Luis A. Rodríguez

The initiative was originally conceived and championed by Luis Rodríguez, a Caracas-based real estate consultant with extensive experience in commercial management, project development, primary-market feasibility, and local administrative processes.
